Demelza Hays is the Head of Research, Cointelegraph. She is also an author and editor of the Crypto Research Report.
In addition to her research, Demelza has also managed two regulated digital asset investment funds, including the physical gold and digital asset fund in Liechtenstein and a blockchain venture capital fund in the Cayman Islands.
Demelza has completed her education at the University of Liechtenstein with a Ph.D. in Business Economics.
She was a research assistant to former Chief Economist of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, Prof. Dr. Andrei Kirilenko, and Prof. Dr. Michael Hanke. Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Michael Hanke and Professor Dr. Kirilenko, she completed her research and submitted her thesis on the role of cryptocurrency in asset management.
She is a former U.S. Department of State Fulbright Scholar. Her hard work and dedication have paid off over the years and put her on Forbes 30 Under 30.
